Easy to find what I needed

I needed a book about Python and just browsed Manning's site. It was pretty easy to navigate and find a few titles that looked good. I ended up getting 'Python Crash Course, 2nd Edition' as an ebook. Downloaded it right away, no fuss. The whole experience was smooth, nothing complicated at all. Just what I wanted.

Mostly positive, one small snag

I bought the 'Kubernetes in Action, Second Edition' print book and also got the ebook version. The book itself is high quality, as expected from Manning. Shipping took about 5 days to reach Denver, which is acceptable. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about accessing the bonus content. My only minor complaint is that the print book was slightly bent on one corner when it arrived, probably from shipping, but nothing major. Overall, a good experience and good value for the content.
